I always tell my clients one of the
missing links on the discussion of health today for longevity and anti-aging is
the need necessity for absolute SLEEP.

properly without recharging which happens during a good nights sleep.

are a result of lack of sleep.

was put on this earth to feed us. It is when we take it out of that

When you eat to sleep you want to
make sure you are giving your body

-potassium
-minerals
-protein plant based sources such as brown rice, hemp and sprouted
legumes.

vegetables. Plant based protein, chia seeds and flax. water
When you eat these foods and drink
enough water throughout the day preferably before 3 PM you will be ready for
bed- tired, exhausted and shutting down by 8 PM.
