Fix those tired eyes ASAP!

  Cucumbers are a multiple tasking eye fix for healthy, younger looking eyes that lack of circulation and liver fatigue is what makes our eyes puffy and tired looking.
 Cucumbers have tons of potassium, which moves water deposits away from the eye area.

Teas that are in Geri G. Products

White and green teas come from the same tea plant, Camellia Sinensis and both are in all of Geri G.® skin/cosmetic products. 
 Why?  Because it's important that whatever you are putting on your skin is doing something positive for your skin.  Otherwise why use it!!  I like White tea because it is more rare.  It can only be hand picked during a few days of early spring and is extremely fragile.  Green tea is partially fermented. First it's steamed, fired and then rolled.  

 White and green teas are not overly processed, they retain most of their antioxidant properties.  However since white tea is less processed, it retains a higher amount of antioxidant properties, compared to green and the combination of the two is what makes a perfect balance of nutrition for the skin in my formulas. 
 These antioxidants are found to have many health promoting properties and when it comes to the skin green and white tea are very soothing and can be supportive to supplying the skin with much needed topical antioxidant defenses e specially from the sun!

Baby it's cold outside


Wow!! It's -8 in Chicago right now and I am counting down the hours till I return to my California.  But a part of me feels bad leaving my clients behind and wishing I could take them all with me to Los Angeles.  What I noticed on this last visit to my Illinois office was how the lack of sun really is so disrupting to ones skin and overall happiness.  Lack of sunshine makes the skin dull, makes your mood blue and makes everything just seem gray.  No one feels motivated to do anything and when it's so cold you almost feel paralyzed from going out and doing normal day to day errands and social events.  It's just too cold and miserable to be out.


So what to do when the cold and the winter blues hit??  LED light therapy and some form of exercise.  The combination of the two will stimulate good mood feelings and release those darn endorphins that we need to get us out of the winter blues and funky mood.  I recommend getting the exercise done first thing in the morning before you leave the house. Get some good VH1 morning tunes playing on the TV for something to watch and make the time pass away.

New You, New Me, New Geri G.®!

New You, New Me, New Geri G.®!  This year is the break out year for all of us.  If you haven't seen or signed up for my Look Young, Live Lean, Be Healthy Now workshop on February 9th in Glen Ellyn, IL.  What is stopping you?  Well, of course if you are in another state I can understand but if not then you should be there!!  Don't worry all my west coast clients and followers I am expanding my workshops to be in both offices and other states through out 2014 and beyond.


In 2014 I want to give you the knowledge and know how to make a true physical and mental change in your body.  Sometimes the hardest thing to admit to yourself and to change about yourself if admitting that you are not following through on your dreams and lacking commitment on following through once you decide to do something. 

At my workshops I will give you skills and actions to help you see your commitment through.   I blow out the myths you see on all the daytime talk shows and magazines that are giving you miss-information and causing you to get stuck and frustrated about how to achieve health, beauty and emotional wellness.

Don't wait one more minute of your life by waiting or saying you know you need to make a change.  Just do it and your first step is to come on February 9th and learn what you need to do to make simple and manageable changes to your life for a younger, leaner and healthier you in 2014!!
