GUILTY FREE Cookies for all the Cookie Monsters out there.


GUILTY FREE Cookies
Gluten, Dairy and Egg Free Cookies. Oh and healthier too!  


Ingredients Needed:
1.1scoop -Geri G. Essential Meal
2. 1/2 cup -Shredded Coconut(unsweetened) with dry mix and 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut for rolling
3. 1/3 cup - Black Raisins
4. 1/4 cup - Coconut Water or Coconut Milk for creamier consistency
5. 1/3 cup - Organic Dark Chocolate Chips or Carob Chips
6. 1 tbls - Coconut oil or Avocado ( your choice)
7. 1 tbls - Raw Honey
8. 1/2 tsp - Sea Salt
9. 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon

 *Optional Add In's*
    3 tbls Chopped walnuts, 2 tbls Almond Butter, Hemp Seeds (also can be used to replace coconut), Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds)

















  • Option #1 
Directions
    Mix all the ingredients together EXCEPT for the extra 1/2 cup of shredded coconut. 
Now, take a tablespoon size of the dough and roll it into a bite size ball.
Next roll the ball into the extra shredded coconut.
 Ready to eat!


  • Option #2
Directions
    Preheat Food Dehydrator to 115 degrees.  Use Teflon sheets to place the cookies onto.
* Take the coconuts balls and place them on the Teflon sheet in three rows of three.

* Flatten the cookies out to make them flat. 
 They can be thick or thin. It's up to you!
Leave cookies in dehydrator for 2hrs and then flip them and dehydrate for another2 hrs.
    Ready to eat!

  • Option #3
Directions
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
*Take the balls and place them on a cookies sheet.
* Flatten them into flat cookies.
* Bake cookies for 10-15 mins.
*Let cookies cool for 20 mins.
    Ready to eat!
